1. The Audio Privacy Principle
Your audio never leaves your device. Ultra EQ processes all parametric equalization, spatial audio calculations, and dynamic spectrum rendering entirely in real-time on your device's local CPU and GPU. We do not inspect, record, log, transcribe, or transmit audio buffers, playback metadata, track titles, or artist details under any circumstances.
2. No Analytics, Tracking, or Advertising
- No Telemetry SDKs: Ultra EQ contains zero third-party telemetry, behavioral trackers, session recorders, or advertising SDKs.
- No Account Required: You are not required to create an account, log in, or provide personal identifiable information (PII) to calibrate or use Ultra EQ.
- No Device Fingerprinting: We do not collect or correlate device advertising IDs (GAID), IMEI numbers, or hardware identifiers.
3. Offline Architecture
Ultra EQ functions entirely offline without requiring an active Wi-Fi or cellular data connection. No network permissions are required for core DSP sound shaping, target preset selection, or spatial binaural processing.
4. Stored Preferences
Custom preset configurations, theme selections, and slider positions are stored strictly on your local device storage using standard application sandboxing. You can wipe this data at any time via Android Application Settings.
